Description

The RØDE NT-USB microphone is side talked and is suitable for both musical instruments and speech, e.g. podcasts and commentary. It can be used with all common recording programmes on Windows and Mac OS computers and with an Apple iPad. The latter can be used with RØDE Rec, GarageBand or any other app. If you want to use the microphone with an Apple iPad you will need a compatible USB adapter such as the Apple Camera Connection Kit. The housing of the NT-USB contains a stereo headphone jack (3.5 mm) for latency-free monitoring and controls for adjusting the monitoring level and mixing between the computer/iPad signals and the microphone. A high-quality pop filter is included and can be attached to the microphone base to intercept explosive sounds that could produce low-frequency pops when singing or speaking. A stand flange with 3/8″ thread as well as a table stand for speech applications are also included, as well as a case in which the microphone can be stored after use.
