The screen is a capacitive multi-touch screen that supports the games designed for this purpose with its touch-sensitive functions.

The standard equipment includes the console, a left and a right joy-con controller, a joy-con holder that allows both joy-con to be connected to one controller, a set of joy-con wrist loops, a Nintendo switch station that holds the console when it is connected to the television, an HDMI cable and a power supply.
Simply give a Joy-Con to a friend and you can play multiplayer games together or against each other anywhere.
The Joy-Con can be used individually, either vertically or horizontally, but you can also play with one Joy-Con per hand.
Connect the Joy-Con wrist loops included in the package to the Joy-Con and then attach them to your wrist for motion control. If you hold the Joy-Con sideways, you can also use the SL and SR buttons comfortably.

Imagine Joy-Con is a glass with ice cubes. Thanks to the HD vibration, you can feel the ice cubes moving in the glass when you move the Joy-Con.

Feel shape, movement and distance
The infrared motion camera of the Joy-Con (R) detects shapes, movements and the distance of objects the camera sees.
For example, it can detect whether a hand is pointing straight at scissors, rock or paper. With this feature, more input methods are now available than ever before!

Three game modes

TV mode: In front of the TV in the large group.
Connect the console to the TV and everyone can play along – whether child or adult. This makes playing with friends and family fun.
Table mode: Split screen for double the fun.
If you don’t have a TV, simply use the stand on the console and give a Joy-Con to a friend. Then you can play together or against each other, all on the console screen.
Handheld mode: On the move with the big screen.
Enjoy the same gaming experience as on a TV – even on the move. Play exciting games you never dreamed of with a portable version.
